That was fun, but not as informative as I would like. I need all the info I can get, I'm nowhere near one of your stores, so I can't come in and have a fitting. You didn't talk about arch support at all in the video, nothing about if all your shoes have it or if it can only be found in certain shoes.

The only reason I watched the video was to get basic information. Nothing helpful was shown. I have wide feet and saw on a description of the shoes the word "wide". Wide is such an ambiguous word lacking specificity when there is no follow-up on 'how wide'. Are they 2E, 3E or 4E? Anyone with wide fee, buying a pair of of your shoes is at a high risk of having to return them.
