I had the pleasure of working with Tom in Sydney on MI2. Tom's a super nice guy who picks up stunts incredibly fast. There's a fight scene at the end of the film where Tom has to kick up a gun out of the sand, catch it and shoot it as he's twisting around in the air. The gun had a small pneumatic ram under it to lift it but Tom had to do the rest. Tom's ability to pull this off from take one was amazing. Tom's an intense person, very serious about films and once you work with his you start to fully understand how he's become so successful.

I guess Hollywood have realized that CGI doesn't always work so they're going back to the old practical ways.
