As per my opinion short time medical course will not resolve the problem.

Reason: 1) At per current situation most of young people to setup/service in urban area(megacities) rather than rural area and live to luxury life.
2) after provide short term degree there is no garrarunty they will serve in rural also Discrimination with rural people regarding quality.

As per my opinion some possible solutions:
1) In indian society most of people belive in good karma so instead of young doctor governments have to coordinate experiences doctor. Those can server nearest village at low fee.(aged doctor)
2) Need to focus to improvement of PHC and strength village panchayat.

I think this kind of short term medical course is good but not the best solution. Yes their is lack of doctors in all Hospitals, PHCs but what is the guaranty that after completing course they will serve the Rural people.
If this kind of system begin then it must come with some conditions that these subordinate doctors will only serve in PHC and rural hospitals.
Although their is a discrimination between rural poor and urban poor (migrated people) in this system.But it might reduce the scarcity of doctors in India to some extent.

Yes.
Reason : In rural areas people with acute diseases go for private doctors because of crowd in the govt. hospitals and lack of doctors present there if LMPs will be allow to work as subordinate doctors for mild diseases then there will be more LMPs for people who work as interns under MBBS doctors. And complex and chronic disease cases go to the hand of MBBS Drs.

No sir this is not a good solution. It can lead to discrimination. And subordinate doctors should not work without experience.
