This QUICK & EASY GRANOLA recipe can be made in under 30 minutes. It's beautifully toasted and crunchy, and can be made with any type of nuts or dried fruit that you enjoy. This quick and healthy breakfast recipe or on-the-go snack that can be eaten with milk, yogurt or just on it's own. I love to have a container at my desk so that I can snack on it while I'm working.

This recipe is super flexible and all the ingredients are substitutable, just keep the same volumes!

GRANOLA

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
200g almonds
200g oats
100g shredded coconut (I used a mix of shredded & flakes)
100g pepita seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
2.5 tbsp honey

0:03 - Combing all the ingredients
0:59 - Mixing together
1:42 - Prepare to bake
2:29 - Bake
3:23 - Outro

TIP #1
This recipe is easy to mix up with different nuts or even dried fruits! Just keep the ratios for the dry ingredients. If you do add more to it, you may just need to adjust the oil and honey. Let me know in the comments if you've tried another delicious combination

TIP #2
You can also try switching up the coconut oil if you don't like the coconut flavour. You could try another type of oil that you may have in your pantry

TIP#3
If you have a large tray you may not need to bake in two batches. If you spread it out thin enough to bake evenly it will turn out golden and crunchy
