In regards to TV height, if you have a smaller space always start at 50” a.f.f. on center and raise the TV up from there. 65” may still be too high for some if your viewing point is only a few feet away. My sweet spot is around the 50” mark because my ceiling height is only 7ft at the lowest point in my ranch-style home.
