Explanation: This is a video about how to get away with murder.

In the first scene, the conversation about the moon is actually a coded language conversation about what evidence is required to be found guilty of murder, even if there's video and audio evidence of someone killing. Whether the moon landing happened in this context means whether the murder happened. The "moon landing denier" is acting as if they didn't murder John because he believes they can't be found guilty of murder without the murder weapon, probable cause, and testimony from the other side. He argues that there can't be testimony from the other side (John) because they hid John's body by throwing it to the Mississippi River, between the 4th and 5th avenue. He believes there are sharks in that part of the Mississippi River, hence why he says that John is currently shark food.

The second scene is at court, where the first scene is being shown as evidence against the guys who murdered John. The murderer (or his lawyer) is taking advantage of the coded language of the first scene to try to confuse the other side. They are trying to pass off their conversation about getting away with murder as a conversation about the moon landing. They're trying to get off on a technicality, trying to make their discussion about their murder as a comedic video. (This wouldn't work in real life lol)
