What about that story of the women who went in the gas station and stood on her head bc she felt like God told her to and ended up saving the cashiers life bc the cashier had told God I don't think you're real unless you have someone come in here and stand on their head I won't believe you're real and I'm going to kill myself tonight? That's not in the Bible. I think God can work outside of the confines of the scripture at times. The Bible doesn't say I will see Jesus in the clouds at my lowest point in my life before he returns but I certainly did. I was considering killing myself and I prayed and walked over to the door and looked up and saw his eyes in the clouds. Plain as day they were his eyes. But I know what you mean
