7:05 absolutely spot on. I just found a used mid 2000s Deluxe V jr for $900 and had to scoop it, these guitars are impossible to find now and will only keep rising in value.

I have the exact same guitar. best metal guitar I have ever owned. I got it off Ebay for $350 around.. 2010. They are selling upwards of $1700 with the right head stock now. great buy.

Last year a finally bought my first BC Rich V.
i wanted it for so long. Im a big Cannibal Corpse and Pat O´Brien is one of my Guitar heroes. And what can i say?! Awesome Guitar!!
The only thing i miss on my BC Rich V are the Horns on the Headstock. It´s so difficult to find one of these in Germany or im just unlucky i don´t know.

That's one of 2 guitars I regret selling! I got one in 2008 brand new with a coffin case for $800 from the Guitar Center in Raleigh NC. It was absolutely amazing!! It had block inlays if I remember correctly.
Floyd 1000, EMG 81/85 and that killer headstock.

I first picked it up from musicians friend in 2008, lost it 1 month later to divorce and for me... this was always the one that got away from me. Fast forward to November 2023 and yes inflation soared the price to $1200. ( much like you pat O'brien and Eric Rutan steered me towards this in the first place) lol. Long story short I did aquire the one that got away even though it was $1200. Yes it's had scratches that were not noted on reverb and the previous owner did not know how to repair the flyode rose(which is okay, because I can lol) so all in all I was happy with getting it back. Normal scratches from use which is expected. But the flyod rose was unexpected lol. Fixed it fast though and sent the seller an awakening review I hope lol. Anyway I am happy to own this beast again

I have one but made in Korea, 7 string but installed blackouts. Sounds pretty brutal, now I just need a better amp.

For $500 more you could get a Legacy Beast but the V with the horned headstock is peak metal

Hey Kevin, thanks for sharing the video man. Talking about BC Rich, I remember going to Guitar Center in the early 2000s and seeing the wall covered in all sort of BC Rich gear. Not today, you mentioned you aren’t digging the direction of the new ones. Have you played any of them yet? I’ve been looking at the stealth and shapes similar to them but haven’t exactly found the right one yet. Mind sharing your thoughts on the new BC Rich guitars? Thanks again dude.
