The gesture commands look interesting! Did you find them easy to use, and are there any limitations to be aware of?

I don’t think the exposure was the problem for the zoom command, what I saw in the video is that the hand gesture had a very busy background of trees, foliage and dappled contrast. Even for me was difficult to see what kind of gesture was done. I’m guessing this type of cameras with electronic shutter tend to prioritize gain/iso exposure over shutter speed, meaning that even if you are in broad daylight and you stop down the exposure to pitch black, the camera will still be able to pick you up, even though the video might be unrecoverable. So maybe we have to keep in mind more the background (having a solid background) than the exposure might be the key to better hand command recognition.

can you tell me the difference between the obsbot tail air vs tiny 2? are they not both webcams? i’m looking for an actual camera that records video. thank you!!

It would be interesting to compare this to the new DJI Pocket 3 that has tracking... can connect to a cell-phone to check frame setup and control some features... but also has a small screen you can use to check the frame setup.

Are the frame rates for US models straight 24 and 30 or are they 23.98 and 29.97?

Thanks for the pre-review. Two things: The original Tail had full 360 degree capability, the Tail Air has an optional 360 base. Will you be testing this? Also, the comparison with Tiny 2 looked a bit like the Tail was in some sort of log profile.
