In this video we will be going through for the first time, a Dragon Ball GT workout. We wil be training like Goku Super Saiyan 4. In this anime workout we will be going through a variety of different Super Saiyan 4 Goku based exercises. This is the 5th Goku based workout. This will be harder variation of my Super Saiyan 3 Goku training. This Dragon Ball GT SSJ4 Goku training routine will focus on building more strength as usual, muscle, and work to improve your overall fighting/athletic ability.

Super Saiyan 4 Goku was personally one of the favorite transformations in all anime! Goku finally returned to his origins. His appearance resembled the Great Ape form. This would be considered phase 5 of my Goku base workouts. Each Goku workout builds upon the previous one. So We have base form, Super Saiyan 1, 2, 3 and now 4. This Goku workout will be serve as the foundation for my next Goku base one.

So for todays anime workout we will be training to build incredible strength, muscle, improve our power, endurance, fighting and athletic ability like Super Saiyan 4 Goku. We have a total of 15 different bodyweight exercises to get through with each exercise being 45 seconds on and 15 seconds of rest time. Let's go fBP Squad!
