Gold & Silver Price New Trend Starting?

In this video I talk about gold price and silver price moving higher. I talk about how gold price is at a new all time high above $2600 and how silver price is nearing an 11 year high! The FED decided to reduce interest rates by 50 basis points making this a large rate cut and the markets reacted. Initially the dollar went down and then it surged. Since then the USD has been getting weaker and is trending lowed. Gold and silver are trending higher and could stay that way for a long time. The FED has said that they are data dependent and may continue to lower rates at the next FED meeting. Is this the only thing affecting precious metals prices? NO, there are wars and fears of wars getting worse which is pushing people to the safe haven assets. Where are gold and silver going to go from here?

I plan to retire at 62 in another country outside the US that is free, safe and very cheap with a high quality of life. I'm from South Africa, born in 67. The year the Krugerrand was introduced. Nice of the government to recognise the auspicious occasion with a Gold Coin! Gold was 35 bucks and ounce then. Ironic that I never even saw one my whole life till I emigrated to the US. Still don't have enough money to buy gold but I've started stockpiling silver. I hope I'll be able to start buying gold next year and get a few years of gold purchasing in before I retire.

Saying 40 dollars in 1970 has no relevance unless you include inflation as it is closer to 340 usd today, which is still very low of course
