I am amazed how you can get so much depth using one colored pencil. You must have extraordinary control over the pressure you use to color so beautifully. Thank you for sharing your work.

Julie that is lovely, I'm so glad you have used FC polychromos as well its ages since I've used mine and you've made me want to revisit lost ocean I haven't done much in there. Thank you so much, love the colours you've used too x

I agree with Elenor Dixon, Julie. I watch you and Chris Cheng the most but you are easy to follow and absolutely the star. Everything you do is gorgeous, logical and precise. I've seen pictures of cakes you have decorated and they are too beautiful to eat! Thank you for sharing your skills. You make the world a better place🤗🦋❤ PS. I live in Southern California USA

Thank you again. For once I have that book and those pencils. I was at a loss to decide what colors to use. I'll try these. If I can do 1/2 the blending you do I'll be "over the moon".

Julie, you are an absolute star. I should have said it months ago. You and Chris Cheng are top of my list ALWAYS! Every day I look in YouTube to see what you can teach me next. Am I correct that you also live in Holland. I am Irish but live in Delft.

I have all types of pencils, pens, markers (prismas, Faber Castel polychromos, inktense, zig clean colors, gelly rolls, poscas, Koi watercolors and the list goes on...except for my dream pencils, the Caran D'ache) but I just can't get the hang of the polychromos ! The texture isn't smooth and buttery and my art just doesn't look smooth and vibrant. Any tips that you could give me? your pics always look so beautiful! you make it look so easy!
