I think the reason you found it unstable at low speed was looking at the tyre pressure monitor it had the equivalent of 36psi front and 40psi rear which is far too much, it probably needs reducing too 30psi front, 33psi rear which should give a better feeling ride 🙂. I have just bought a kymco dtx 360 125cc just like the one you tested and I can't believe how happy I am with it 😊. Rode 266 miles at the weekend and it returned 114mpg UK gallon and I really enjoyed it, it was alot better than I thought it would be Feel's like a bigger bike to ride rather than a scooter. I set the tyre pressure too 28psi front, and 30psi rear and reduced the suspension from the no 4 setting it was set by the dealer to the second setting, I'm very happy with it 🙂
