Mastcam-Z is one of the scientific instruments onboard NASA’s Perseverance rover. The two cameras create a multispectral, stereoscopic imaging instrument that can zoom in, focus, and take 3D pictures and video at high speed to allow detailed examination of distant objects.

in 1:02 we can see some alignment in the small rectangular shaped rocks from left to right or vice-versa (possible indicating a stream forces aligning them in the same direction)

It’s amazing that it only took 7 months. So the technology is all up to date. Instead of getting 480p blurry pictures you know if it would’ve taken years

I know there's plenty of info about geological processes on Mars, yet I am still amazed at the complexity of what we see. I mean, look up Bennu, an asteroid that appears to be basically just randomly shaped rocks of random sizes, all just glommed together by gravity, and compare that to what is shown here.
