Oven Baked Pasta

Super easy Monday meal! (Should I make that a thing?!?). Quick to put together and delicious to eat. If you are short on time you don’t have to bake it, but I highly recommend it!

Ingredients:
1lb Ground Beef
1lb Pasta (penne)
2C Shredded Mozzarella
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
28oz Crushed Tomatoes (fire roasted)
1/2C Heavy Cream
1t Salt
1t Pepper
6oz Spinach
3/4C Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 and cook the pasta until 1 minute before Al dente. In a pan, cook the beef and remove. Add the garlic, cooking for 30 seconds. Then add the tomatoes, S&P, heavy cream and mix it all together. Simmer for a few minutes then Add the spinach. In a bowl, mix the cooked pasta and shredded mozzarella. Pour in the sauce and give it a toss. Add mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle on the Parmesan and bake for 25-30 minutes!
