Funny story... I went on a trip with my mother-in-law and all my sister-in-laws for like a week. We were having a blast and eating lots of junk food. One of the nights, we are up late chatting and I stand up in front of everyone and say "I have some big announcement for everyone...!" Of course I pause dramatically and wait for emphasis until continuing "I would like to annouce that I am expecting... a FOOD BABY! 😃😄" Everyone was so taken aback and actually looked offended (especially my mother-in-law). I really thought it was hilarious because I was so bloated from all the bad food we had been eating, but apparently, that joke was told to the wrong crowd. 😂

Tip: If you eat gluten and get more bloated then usual you could be allergic to it! This happened to me and turns out I'm allergic to it 😭 (ps this isn't the case for everyone) but fr you are so relatable girl

Most of it it's food and posture. If you lift your butt, you will look like you have a bigger belly. But if you lift your hip to the front, you will look more flat.
Just a simple thing that made my friend look more confident loll
