About the Disney jacket. 1928 was the debut date for Mickey Mouse Steamboat Willie. Steamboat Willie was first released on November 18, 1928, in New York. So I'm guessing that jacket was made to commemorate the anniversary of Mickey Mouse. They celebrated the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse in 2018.
