Thanks! Just used this video to connect my new SmartTag 2 with my Galaxy Note 20. The instructions included didnt mention this app at all but thats all I needed.

Okay finally got it working omg ! It wouldn't do anything when I'd press the button or search it on the app or BT.

Basically, reset the device (remove the battery, press and release the button to make sure you empty the capacitors, then long press the button while inserting the battery back in and keep the button pushed until you hear a chime)

Then click the button, if it doesn't work go in your phone settings > connected devices > smartthings > you'll see your linked devices > click on + in the top right hand corner > add > tag and choose the model... damn that was crappy xD

Thanks, the manual was useless as it says to scan a qr code on the box, but the box has no qr code
