The best thing I love about watching garden answer videos as they always make me feel better. I honestly was not having a great morning so I decided to watch a garden answer video, and I feel so much better! It's like therapy 😅

Hi Laura, I must say that you definitely look more relaxed this year, enjoying the slow spring. Hope it last a little longer for you ;)

I pruned my Hellebore "properly" for the first time back in January. As soon as I saw the tiny little buds peeking through, I cut out every leaf stem. I'd not done that before because in 7b mine doesn't get brown and crunchy, so I only ever cut out what looked old and tired. Within a week, maybe two, there was a bouquet of flowers coming up from the ground. And it was beautiful. ❤ The new leaves are filling in and it all looks so fresh. Thank you, Laura 😊

Always love seeing you clean up. Gets me motivated even though Northeast Ohio has been chilly and wet too. Russel sure loves his momma.

Great video I remember that corner when you planted those hydrangeas. The struggle they had coming to you. They look amazing and so robust. I wish Hellebores were perennials here. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Makes me want to get out and start cleaning out the beds. Snowed yesterday and will be cold and rainy all week. I am so ready for spring.

Terrific instruction on pruning and the blooms on the hellebores are so pretty too.

We are having a weird, wet cold spring here in Sweden too! Well up noth of us snow of course, but here in the very south we usually have like typical English (inland) weather. Loove what the two of you do! Soo inspiring even for us here! I tell everyone I meet of you wonderful channel! Lots of love from Sweden to the both of you❤

I started watching your channel when you planted the Hydrangeas by your porch. Amazing the growth they have took on! Very winery here in Utah and below freezing at night. The primrose are trying hard though. Thanks for gearing me up for what is coming soon, SPRING!

Your late winter garden looks great, even without the bulbs, lots of great structure! I know you’ve worked hard to get that in place and it shows. By the way, I’m going to start calling Russell “Lucy Ricardo” because he always wants to get into the show 😂😂.
Thanks for sharing your home, family and expertise. ❤

Good morning, Laura ☕️ How satisfying was that?! I haven’t started my cleanup yet due to temps still in the 30’s at night however, I did get to plant my jugs that I winter sowed with Tulips, Daffodils 🌼 and Alliums 🙌🏻 Everything is looking so good! Have a Blessed Day 😊🐈

Great job as always! Your gardens are so beautiful and such an inspiration. Is it possible to talk about North facing shady areas? Maybe when you redo the coop😊 We recently changed the entryway to our home and I feel like I need to add a couple shrubs that are shade tolerant, deer resistant and low maintenance. 😀 I have a list of what used to be in the space but I don’t necessarily want to replant those. I’m hoping to add Hellibore and maybe astilbe but I feel like I need a bit more structure first.
