I had malignant Melanoma when I was 33, one of my symptoms and the one that bothered me the most was non stop itching. My back simply could not be scratched enough, stopped itching after my surgery. Years later had a large spot on my upper back near my neck, it looked like eczema but was cancer and it also itched terribly, and the itching stopped after surgery. That may not be a symptom everyone gets, but it was one of mine.

What about if the mole was accidentally scratched and it bleeds, has some change in size, and has become scab like. (I think it’s only has these symptoms because it was provoked but idk)

I have what I have been told is a Campbell Morgan’s spot I went to my GP as I am having pain in my breast. She has arranged for me to have a Mammogram done. But the Spot I have has started to sting and is sore when I slightly press it. I would have thought I would have been better getting this checked out by a dermatologist. Than having a mammogram., as the stinging and pain are all new. But my GP insists that the spot looks normal to her.
