HERES A SIMPLE EYELINER TUT!!

I usually use dark brown and I find brown and black look best but any work ❤

Ok so first you want to make a line going outward from the outside corner of your eye at the preferred length. Next under the eye from about half way and towards the wing you did previously. Next use a brush or your finger to blend under the eye and outwards along the wing. Once it looks good then you know your done!!
