right tools and technique = rare find! i once locked my keys in my car at the supermarket. went in and purchased an ice scraper (wedge), notebook, fly swatter and dental floss. made a slip knot with the floss tied to the end of the fly swatter... viola! once you know the technique you can often find field expedients to pull off the opening.

Ha ha!!!! Typical broken door handle. Chevy owes everyone that bought that vehicle a replacement door handle or three. Chevy also owes everyone reimbursement for the windows and the window buttons they’ve had to repair.
How many times has the door closed and nearly hit you in your eyeball? Does Chevy owes you an optometrist bill reimbursement?


Great video, those cars are garbage. Designed poorly, and then probably swept through quality assurance abruptly. A mechanic once said it politely, “it was a transitional year for Chevy”.
