Hey bro, I’m curious if you’ve ever tried that Pad Thai dish warmed up/ sautéed. Or does that defeat the purpose of it being raw/ holistic? I’d love to try it but I know I’d probably prefer it as a warm meal. Great video✊🏾

I watched India Doctor on YouTube says 1 fruit or 1 veggie juice only , drink by use small copper cup or small glass jar at once a day - 2-4 times weekly. Pinch Coarse Grain Sea Salt in warm water ( first boil the water from plastic or glass bottle) and drink to create digestive juices daily. I encourage you eat Sourdough bread as a Fermented Food Healthy Lifestyle- good gut health benefits, I feel so comfort from gut and I better so much.
