Ms. Sauceda, thank you for another great video, I’ve gone over most of the PPR videos and by now I’m somehow able to predict what the possible answer options we might find in a specific question judging by the key words we noticed. Definitely repeating similar questions phrased differently help reduce confusion.

Piaget, Maslow, Erickson all great people whom we learned form and still are, in understanding our students and their needs. Their development and understanding of what we teach them, reflects the teacher. Some of our students are homeless, need attention, or have experienced some sort of trauma like divorce that, can scar them for life. It is important as teachers, for us to accommodate all these needs and issues to our students. I think that this competency is real important for us to understand, to be able to be successful.

I remember when I was in school my geometry teacher was so helpful in allowing me to do my work and turn it in when I can because I was moving houses and living with my sister at the time. I now strive to be respectable and understanding of kids and their lives outside of school

The entire process of teaching students falls squarely on the instructors' shoulders, in which we must prepare for the before, during, and after instructions to truly aid the student's learning process. In which, before making sure we as instructors create background knowledge and have all material prepared, for students' comprehension. During instruction, having the thought process to identify where students are struggling and aiding them back on course. After instruction, providing meaningful feedback, and remediation for students, so they could achieve mastery of any and all subject material being taught.
