Panasonic is a new dual-gain conversion MFT sensor that is now in the GH7 and G9-II. It is SUPERB and yes, ...it beats many full-frame cameras in dynamic range and can do 5.8k open gate readout as well as 4k 120p. I'd love for DJI to try and license that chip from Panasonic. Panny does not make drones so I can see them talking to DJI about it.

I have an original Mavic Pro and have been considering a new one next year. I will probably wait for the Mavic 4.

I have a mini 3 and an avata 2.

The mini 3 is amazing, but doesn't have subject tracking and needs more sensors. It's easy to take with me when I go out, and having a drone handy is great.

I need a better controller for the avata 2. I really don't like the motion controller. I like the FPV a lot.

My ideal setup is 4 or 5 drones:
- neo (indoor, FPV, follow)
- avata 2 (its okay, or maybe ill try a more fpv freestyle drone)
- mini 4 pro/mini 5 pro/Air 3s (mapping with Lidar/RTK, and follow me on a run)
- a big one, like mavic 3/mavic 4/Matrice 30t, for mapping, photography, and maybe even (thermal) inspections.

These upcoming releases are super interesting.

Man DJI pisses me off putting out this new drone to cannibalize the $5000+ mavic 3 pro cine which came out only a year ago. Can't you guys wait at least two years! Will they cannibalize the inspire 3 with this drone too?! 🤬
