Rift maker with Demonic embrace is even better in my opinion. So fun to just press R, wait a bit for Rift maker to do true dmg, and then unleash the storm towards enemies in a team fight.

Udyr surprisingly can actually build full AP and be decently tanky thanks to his W. I really enjoy playing him top, either AP bruiser or AD split pushers with Trinity force and Hullbreaker.
