If Ozai pulls lightning against Iroh it will be 90% redirected and get him killed, if he’s not managed somehow to dodge this . He was already catch off guard by Aang doing what iroh invented and master long time ago

I'd give this to iroh.
He unlike his brother is shown to be a rather effective general and dangerous fighter and last I checked the comics claimed Ozai's plan to defeat and overthrow his father (his best feat without the comet) wasn't even his own plan.
Basically yes it will be close but unlike Ozai Iroh can and will do things himself if pushed.

Actually on it couldn't go wither way iroh himself was not confident in himself to take down ozai and for good reasons the fire lord was able to fire a lightning strike with only a glimpse of the sun

My only problem with a lot of the Ozai wins is that he has next to no showings so it feels weird to give it to him. Some like agility and speed makes sense, but strength? By the end of the series Iroh definitely was stronger. Endurance and stamina is 50/50. But all of Ozai's feats come from Sozin's comet, and his best one is overshadowed by Iroh breaking the Ba Sing Se wall using the same comet.

Eventhough Ozai can't use lightning as effectively because of redirect his agility and speed is just way too overwhelming for Iroh. I don't really think it's close.

Iroh for the win. mans a beast did y'all forget when he escaped that fire nation prison he broke through steel with just his strength. They also called him the dragon of the West probably because of his fire power, ozai was just ozai then iroh stepped down as the next fire lord then we got fire lord ozai. Also if ozai could beat his brother iroh he would have done it to become fire lord long ago with how rageful he is but he waited till his brother broke mentally as that's the only way he could take his place. Even after he was broken he didn't dare to challenge iroh because iroh may actually have killed ozai with nothing to lose anymore.
