This DIY on how to make a Vanity Mirror With Lights Under $20 is quick and easy. Anyone can do it and it will make a world of difference in applying makeup properly. Of course if you don't already have a mirror it will cost you a bit more but the light strips are for about $20 USD. You can get LED light strips that have different colors or can be connected to a mobile app which might cost a bit more, your choice. Nice, now she won't have pitchy patchy and blotchy blotchy make up on when she goes out. I installed one on my bathroom mirror for shaving about 2 years ago.

I got sick of missing spots while shaving and then noticing them when I uses someone's bathroom with vanity lights.

Mine is a different model with rectangular blocks with 3 LEDs per block on a cord strip. Each block is about 3" apart along the cord. The adhesive backing runs only along the back of the LED blocks, and the bare parts of the cord are loose. Mine works out better when making the turns around the mirror. My bathroom mirror is 3' 8" x 5' and borderless.

The light comes with its own power adapter, so I didn't have to get a USB charging block. My remote also came with battery. Because of the moist environment in the bathroom and my little great grand niece playing with the remote, I put it away and just connect and disconnect the connection to and from the adapter, which is always plugged into the wall outlet.

The light defaults to the steady 100% brightness setting when plugged in, which is where I need it, so the remote is not really necessary for me.

I have another one (laying around the house somewhere) which I bought to put on my bathroom mirror in Jamaica when I go back. Don't remember if it's the same model though. I don't even remember if I still have it here or if I already took it to Jamaica, but didn't install it yet.

This is what happens to me when I go through my senior moments. When you get to my age you start suffering from CRS (Can't Remember Shit). If I can't find it in the house here when I'm going back to Jamaica, I'll just buy another one to make sure because I don't want to go down there assuming I already left it there and it's not there.
