How to Find the Library Folder on Mac OS X ~Library

Mac OSX Hides the ~Library folder from view and it is important to run the system. If you need access to this folder, this video will show you how to find it. The Tilde ~ precedes the name of the Library folder in your Home folder the Tilde ~ represents your own local Home Folder.
