I had one of those Yamaha G1 golf carts as a kid. 215 CCs. The air intake is super restricted drilled a bunch of holes in it. The exhaust is super restricted drilled a bunch of holes in it. There was butterfly governor in the exhaust on mine can't see it here. Also a throttle governor that works off the gear box. The OG seats weigh like 40lbs each get rid of them and the muffler is like 40lbs too. I had mine doing like 45mph. Oh and make sure the oil injection cable is adjusted for more oil or the top end will blow. I took that thing on frozen lakes. I ran from the cops three times I hit jumps. My buddy and I had two 12 inch MTX subs on the back blasting Eminem first LP. Painted the cart metallic blue. God I miss those day.
