Again thank you Dr. Mobeen. And if you ate discussing HCQ tomorrow, please share you views regarding another mode of viral pathogenesis, and that is it binds with heme molecule and releases ion fe, which is highly toxic especially to the lung. Thats why there is increase Hb% and ferritin in Covid-19 patients etc and HCQ or Chloroquine interact with its binding to

I am currently in a war with a bunch of the "open it all up NOW" crowd. How can I explain to them in the most simple terms possible as to why we need testing on a grand scale if we are to reopen the economy as safely as possible? I don't know how to put it into words so they can understand.

Such a blessing! Would really be great if they con do mass testing as soon as possible.
Does anyone know where can I buy Covid-19 Antibody testing kit?

An excellent video like always! Quick question, there is also a rapid immunoassay test, which you can do yourself at home using your blood and a buffer and you get your results within 10 minutes. Here in the UK, there has been a lot of talk about it as a lot of people are receiving false negatives due to testing it 1-2 days post symptoms. My question is what is your opinion on these rapid tests in terms of accuracy, and when should you ideally use this test, I would assume 5 days post symptoms?

If it takes up to 7 days... I heard even up to 12 days for results from California governor.. wouldn’t the virus be deteriorated by then? Would it be valid after a certain time frame? Talking about pcr test here

How does one isolate the RNA from other genetic material? How do we know the RNA is the exact virus RNA and not some other genetic material found in the test sample? When the rt-pcr transcripts and makes c-DNA, is this -c-DNA tested for its genetic material or if its DNA, it glows and the machine counts how many compounds that are fluorescence? Thank you kindly sir
-
The virus sample is removed from the nasal area, then placed in a tube and this tube at the lab gets primers and enzymes added, the reverse transcriptase makes a copy of said RNA to make C-DNA. Is the primer and enzyme virus specific or can it transcribe any genetic material, and what if there is more then one type of genetic material in the sample, can your deviate between different genes?
