Before MOM came out I loved this scene cause it shows that even if Tony wanted to move on with his life, he would still always break and choose to put on the Suit again. He does the same thing in Endgame when he decides to discover time travel.
After MoM and learning that dreams are windows into other realities, it gives me kind of an 'Aha!' moment cause hes dreaming about his kid in another universe, and also a sad happiness to know that somewhere out there, Tony Pepper and Morgan are living happily (assuming he didn't die in that universe's 'endgame')
