Just because they are talking to other wholesalers, IMO doesn't mean that it's not going to be the best deal. Timing & if they like you, can still make it the best deal. We partnered on a deal a few years back...never conditioned the Seller (didn't really know to do that back then) & ended up closing on a $17k deal. I think I was last to talk to the seller, so that probably helped along w/my Partner being a Pro at Acquisitions, probably didn't hurt either. Also my partner(a different partner) went on a canceled appointment (by accident). And we got that deal... So, a touch is a touch, going on appointments, (even though you don't give away your leverage aka your Offer Price).. follow ups, etc.... has led to DEAL$ for us. So even wat you think may be a "bad deal", can still lead to "denero".

They are not picking up the phone because they're picking something else up.... like our Seller in Milwaukee. Give away? He went to court last week w/my partner smelling of & now he thinks he's goona ghost us without even saying Boo!
