6:50 For me that's a yes. I have a son that while he was with me excelled at school and every sport. Now they have illegally diagnosed him with something for a check(my sister and CPS for monetary gain). But my nephew is there and has protest against giving it to him. He acknowledged he doesn't need it also. Now I know he has a bladder problem from something cause he can't stop going to the rest room.
Can someone please help reunite me and my babies and get us compensated.

4:59 he wasn't confused that's the judge and everyone involved in taking our babies for monetary gain say. I had the same thing happened and I expressed it was unconstitutional and the judge said he can do what he wants in his court room. They didn't let me bring in nobody.

My child and I, biological mother, share my last name. No father is listed on child’s birth certificate. Now, SSW placed child with presumed father, (possibility=NOT). But, my question is, why would the SSW change my last name to father’s last name at the 366.22 hearing 18months?? On the CPS reports that got filed at court, but yet it was never brought up.

They wouldn't allow me to give any proof except for 1 or documents that were changed \forged to different info I noticed at las min. Such as my child's Dr office. A Dr she's never seen was one of the Dr. Notes I asked for on a day she's never been seen for another day she's never been seen. My recent court appointed would not help me!! Nor the other 2. I fires first lawyer for not helping me and making a deal with CP's and the 2nd one quit after not contacting me but my newest attorney kept saying it was my fault. I kept telling her I had proof if this which I do emails and more and she would not allow me to give/show her

My grandson now 8 has been through a nightmare! At age 4 his mom’s boyfriend shot him with a BB gun ! On his neck! When he was 3 he had walked out their home 3 blocks away in December with no shirt or shoes! Mom is on drugs ! She had 4 cases open and she still has the upper hand! My son ( grandson dads) had him placed with him for 3 months new caseworker was assigned now he’s back with his moms, mom ( other grandma) where my grandson told the CPS worker he’s scared and sleeps on the sofa . They drink everyday . Smoke in front of him. Just yesterday 12-9-20 they had a zoom court my son was muted the whole time only unmuted when he was asked a question! Please help!!!

I'm in MN and want more info on how to sue case worker- case was closed in 2012 and foster family adopted them. Long story but I got completely screwed- is there statute of limitations on suing County case worker? I have PTSD from going through what I did and has taken me until last couple years to even start thinking about doing something so this never happens to another family.

best way is to not play voice to the local sheriff office that you qant it put in the file basicly say the worst they will probly say amd just have it known that only the sheriff is welcome any service would be through them. and just tell them you plan to arrest any worker that violates your rights and the sheriff qont do it you got to youraelf dont take no for an answer and if they dont listin gocget them yourself justxlwt them break the law first them take action

I know every case and state is different but at same time is suing CPS pretty much the same in every state? I'm in Florida and my case is finally closed and I got reunified but so much has happened to me with them ppl and my baby was taken under false allegations, I wouldn't even k where to start but everyone that worked on my case, the "good" ppl always tell me I need to bring my case out bc what happened in my case was abusive towards me and was not normal.

How can you sue CPS when you can’t afford and attorney? My kids are being abused by the system and the only lawyer I found who will go against the county I live in I can’t afford. I have to save my kids and I can’t get any help. The state CPS inspectors even showed up to the foster home and she (the foster mother) was able to tell them not to go in her house. She even admitted in court that she left the state and left the kids home alone. There are 8 people in a tiny 3 bedroom house. One adult, one teenage boy and 6 girls. My two are 11 (girl) and 13 (boy). She also has her 5 granddaughters ages 5-17. She left them alone when she left the state. She leaves them at home alone all the time. The 17 y/o stays in a shack in the back yard with no running water and only an extension cord for electricity. She has also moved them from their school to schools that are an hour away and then moved them back. She is now trying to get me fired. CPS has not investigated anything. They haven’t talked to us (I still have the older two with me 16 and 17) in 5 months. They write down everything this woman says as if it were fact. They don’t care about the kids. How do I save my kids? I know that I’m not the only one going through this in this county. You can literally stand outside the courthouse on Monday afternoons and hear the same story repeatedly. Nobody will stand up to this county. The social worker is the niece of the foster mother. What can I do? How can I save these kids?

Do I have the right to know where my children are being placed when detained ?? And who I want them placed with ? Because when I asked they refused to tell me where they were going while I kept insisting they'd go with my aunt who's a foster parent.
