I did everything from this video, but policy didn't apply to remotely computer and msi package didn't install on it after rebooting(remote PC was the part of my domain and joined successfully on it, version of domain controller operating system is windows server 2019 datacenter, remote pc has windows 10 home edition)

any other package generates "add operation failed. unable to extract deployment info from the package. run validation...".

any idea what the problem is?
im on server 2019 evaluation
installing the 64 bit vers of notepad ++ as exe not msi
other msi programs generate the same error
