Add bit brown noise to drown out ambient distractions and blanket just help regulate my body temperature. Maybe a Tryptophan rich meal.

Espresso, eye mask, then listen to Jody Hatton’s “20 minute Power Nap binaural beats” for a long nap. But sometimes I listen to the 6 minute track. Works like a charm
