I am confused, let's say if the device gets the registration, and the DPS connects it to the iot hub, what will happen if the device is powered on the second time, would it again ask the DPS to get the registration or we can skip it, and begin to talk with the iot hub on second boot.

Thanks for sharing this information. Good to know about the security related things. What is that small device (cylindrical one)? is this for programming new hardware? OR a power bank? From where can I get more information and tutorial for automatic real hardware provisioning for Millions of devices? Do I need to connect each time (in this case millions times) with the hardware to program my device (use certificate)? OR I will just power millions of device on then it will be automatically authenticated with DPS? Could you please give more insight? or any tutorial link? Thanks.
