This is very New York City, I love it. You should put vending machines in the laundry mat instead of the desk because a lot of real laundry mats have them for quick snacks.

actually you could just put a toilet down there in the fake subway just so people actually have a reason to go in and out so it'll add to the environment that people actually go in and out of that thing haha

I love how obsessed the community is with wanting to build and run laundromats. Considering how glitchy laundry is during regular gameplay. But I too built my own laundromat 😂😂

I absolutely LOVE that they're integrating so many of the existing packs into the businesses system (assuming it all actually works, which is never a given with Sims 4...)

That subway entrance is pure genius! It would be so cool if it led to a secret underground rave location. I feel like the laundromat needed long tables for folding laundry, and more of those laundry carts. All of the ones I've been to had a ton of those. Also, the chairs at the ones I've visited, were usually the horrible, half broken plastic patio chairs, but the metal chairs work too. Love the overall aesthetic though! It will be entertaining to watch your Sim struggle with these a businesses. 🤣

Where I live laundromats usually have tables you can use to fold clothes. I feel like that is the only thing that is missing. Also, if you are looking for more clutter, base game has laundry baskets with folded clothes in them, High School Years has messy looking laundry tubs, Get Famous has laundry detergent boxes, and there are premade fire escapes in debug (i think they came with City Living).

I really like the subway entrance. It's completely pointless, but it helps make the building look like it's a part of everything else, and helps make the area look like it's a lived in place. Hopefully Business and No Hobbies works to allow for businesses like this.
