[SFM]Walkcycle_a1-spline

This walk cycle has and had a lot of issues. The right foot has some spacing problems (right foot's step is harder than the left foot). Also from my blocking pass i had to re-frame every key. (because the passing position from the right foot to the left foot was 2x grater than normal).
