The image is from LMC(Large Magellanic cloud) not from our galaxy. It's the hottest and brightest star formation region there

Why do people keep comparing hubble to James Webb? Both of them have different purposes. Hubble was a general purpose observatory designed to observe the universe in visible, ultraviolet and infrared while JWST was made to observe the first ever galaxies and star formation only in infrared

Doing comparison between Hubble and JWST is like comparing Android 1 with Android 10. They were best in their times. There's no comparison.
