You don't sell thoroughbred breeding by vial, in the majority of the world (including the USA as far as I’m aware) artificial insemination is banned in thoroughbreds, thoroughbreds have to be “live covered” which means they have to be naturally conceived and the process has to be officially "witnessed". You CAN NOT breed registered thoroughbreds by vial (Artificial insemination).

Regarding the fees, arguably the greatest racehorse in modern history named Frankel (Seriously YouTube him if you're interested, once in a generation horse, his win in the "2000 guineas" was absolutely outstanding, so good it shocked everyone there that day) and another horse (Dubawi) have the joint highest stud fee in the world of £350, 000 to cover a mare, This idea that they are selling vials for thoroughbreds for a "couple of million" is straight up nonsense.
In the American thoroughbred market, a horse named
"Tapit" is one of the most sought-after and successful thoroughbred stud horses right now and his fee is roughly $200k-250k from what I've found.

With those points cleared up, the only way she is selling vials for a couple of million is if the buyers are buying the semen to breed horses that they can't even race, ask yourself why anyone in their right mind would pay millions to breed a horse they can't compete with.

So many things wrong with what she said. I have major doubts over her story.
