These are very useful intros for anyone early on in astronomy. Often the most overlooked tutorial that beginners need is a really good discussion of eyepieces, especially advice on what to avoid, where it's worthwhile to spend extra and why you need various pieces.

Watched so many videos as a photographer, trying to get into astronomy after all these years. Where have you been? These are some of the most helpful astronomy videos on youtube. Some years back I mounted a pair of small travel binoculars to a tripod, I was able to see Jupiter and a few of its moons. It wasnt the best image but you could still tell some of the moons were fully lit and some were not. You could tell it was in motion even though it appeared still to me. It was honestly incredible. Something about it to see that on my own of my own will, its like it proved to me that things can be proven. Like ok yeah it really is out there doing its thing and we only have to look to see it
