Hey Ghouls and Goblins! Today for day 17 of Keep IT Sunny's 31 Days of Halloween we are cooking up some Deep Fried Rats! Doesn't that sound tasty? These arent actual Rats but merely Jalepeno Poppers that we have doctored up to appear as rats. Honestly they looked so much like the real thing It grossed me out a little to eat them, But I guess that the whole point isn't it?

Now My apologies for this video being one day late--we were filming a Vlog at the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival yesterday and got back home very late and by 11:30 last night this tutorial was still being edited. So today we will be posting 2 videos to get us back on track!. and next week be sure to keep an eye out for our Epcot Food and wine Review Vlog to find out all about the tasty things to eat at the festival. Deep Fried Rat Ingredients:
8-10 Lg Jalapenos
2 Slim Jims
1 8 oz. Block of Cream Cheese
1 TBSP. Creole Seasoning
2 tsp. Salt.
2 tsp. Pepper
2 TBSP. Shredded Onions

2 cups Flour
1 cup Breadcrumbs
2 Cups Panko Crumbs
4 Egg Yolks
Purple Food Coloring
Black Food Coloring
Toothpick
Chopstick.
