Vehicles stalled out on flooded roads as Hurricane Beryl moves inland

ABC13's Charly Edsitty witnessed a vehicle flooded out on West Little York early Monday morning.

Drama people! #1 the water is shallow only 8” high (appears to be) #2 Eight feet at the from of this car it’s a parking lot with even more shallow water & parking space’s marks visible? Needs attention? While is not driving forward to “higher ground?” Did the car broke down? Yet obviously you are standing right there?
