Specification Token Display Systems-

SLAVE TOKEN CALLING PC SOFTWARE

Token Calling PC software is basically use for calling the Token Number that will get displayed over the Master LCD Display Board.
Features
1. To call Token number press Call button on SW screen with Increment Token Number by +1 as up to the Token Number generated from Dispenser unit.
2. Your Current Calling No. Status is being saved so no need to get worried of Power on/off.
3. Interlocking Feature available with Token no. generated from Token Dispenser .
4. WAITING NO. display feature on PC SW screen which will Show the Pending Status of Token Number.
5. Until & unless if Call Button is Not Pressed, Token number will not Display on Master Display Board.
6. Before Pressing Call button for calling next Token Number, It is must to Press Attend or Skip Button on PC SW Screen.
7. Skip No. can be call later.
MASTER AUTO MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Master software is designed for management of Queue electronically with daily report generation of each token with date & time stamp for each counter.
Features
1. Password protected system..
2. Connection with each attendant calling system on local area network, TCP/IP (Ethernet). Existing TCP/IP connection can be use.
3. Inbuilt Memory feature on power failure or shut down.
4. Auto Reset for every next day.
5. On emergency manual calling provision feature available from master system.
6. LCD Text color and background color can be configured from master system.
7. Token alert sound can be configured as per choice (Default is ding dong standard).
8. Automatic daily report generation available in excel format everyday.
DISPLAY UNIT

Master LCD Display Screen is showing current status of multi counter in 4 digit, that will displayed the Token Number along with the Counter Number over the Master Display Board.
Features
1. Required any size LCD or LED Screen supporting with HDMI or VGA port availability.
2. Melody tone Ding Dong (Optional-Audio announcement) (AS Choose By the Customer) played when the Token gets changed from Console unit.
3. Any audio sound can be configure as present in desktop.
4. 4 digit Counter No. Display & 4 Digit Token No. Display.
5. On Calling of New Token No. there is Ding Dong Sound with 3 times Blink Feature for the notification at waiting area.
6. Heading Text color and background color can be customized (self programmable).
7. A special moving message line in footer is available & can be edit by user.

TOKEN DISPENSER UNIT

Token Dispenser unit is basically consisting of Five Keys for Five different kind of Inquiry operations to get the Printed Token Number slip with date and time.
Features:
1. Printed Token Number Slip along with Enquiry Name, Counter Number, Firm Name, Date & Time print over slip.
2. Inbuilt RTC to keep running RTC, even on power failure and no need to feed time again & again.
3. Current data Status is being saved so no need to get worried of Power on/off.
4. Token Generation based on service available timing can be set. On Time & Off Time.
5. When date get changed it’s automatically Saved in Inbuilt NV memory.
6. Token Dispenser has attractive 16X2 LCD display with Blue Back Lit for showing Real Date & Time.
7. RS-485 Communication available to synchronize with Calling Console unit.
8. MS cabinet, Wall type mounting arrangement.
