Raw explanation.... procure to pay process. Everything starts at the front desk. If the front desk staff (or as I call them, "the feet on the street") is incompentent, underpaid or plain ole just doesnt give a sh*t, you will never truly capture every dollar that a typical "billing department" leaves on the table.
