This video was 3 months in the making... I've had MAJOR changes in fat loss, muscle gain, mental and physical health, nutrition, self care, and skin care wasn't an overnight process. I dedicated the last 90 days to fully focus on all things self improvement from the inside and out.

Glad everyone’s enjoying the video.

Just wanted to preface since I’ve gotten a handful of comments saying my “rock bottom” is not that bad…

Obviously appearance/physical surroundings are going to be what viewer sees, but my “rock bottom” was based on what was happening with my personal life & mental health. The physical aspects were just a reflection.

I understand that I upload these videos and open myself up to comments and criticism like this, but please keep in mind there is more to my life that I choose not to share on the internet, and a few videos/instagram photos a year will never be my whole story.

I think the idea of cleaning during the pomodoro break is amazing ! My mum always tells me to take "physical" breaks instead of going on my phone and stuff, cause it really distracts the body and recharges the mind

I love that you took your time (2 and half months) to film this video to give us quality content rather than half-assing it ❤❤❤

Idk what it is but there’s something about Mia that makes her so comforting to watch. The last few years she’s become so raw and authentic. I’ve been following her for years and to me she’s just one of those YouTubers that you’ll watch whatever they upload no matter what and when. I know she isn’t as active as she was in the saturation era but I’ll still be watching her not matter what. She could take a break for years and not upload and I’ll still be here when she comes back

This video low-key made me cry and I realised how much I also need that kind of change. I'm so stuck in bad habits that it's hard to see a way out now

This video was so great- going through a breakup has really been getting me down lately, but you’re an inspiration and show that no matter what you’re going through, you can pick yourself up and things get better 🖤 hope you’re well bb

I really needed this in my life. I LOVE how transparent you are and how realistic life is and the person you are and how you handle it.

This is beautiful. I recently went through a very similar process. Mental, physical and spiritual growth. I know it's not easy and I'm proud of you. Looks like you're becoming a woman of value. I hope God puts a good man in the healthy space you've created.

Every time Mia comes back from a hiatus, I feel so happy and motivated to realign my health goals ❤️ I’ve been watching since the first high rise apartment vlogs and I am grateful to have witnessed how much growth and time has passed. Mia got me through a dark time in my life when I watched her vlogs back then, and I’m happy that each new upload still feels as comforting as those vlogs did back then too ❤️

One thing that helps me keep my space clean is making the habit of tidying up right after I do something. For instance, in the kitchen, I always try to tidy up right after I'm done and put stuff in the dish washer right after I use them rather than stacking them in the sink. It takes time to build the habit but it will save you time!

I respect the work ethic, but I couldn't help but feel like her whole personality/existence is very... artificial. Instead of doing things because she genuinely enjoys them it all came across as just trying to become some made up idealized person.

I resonate with this so much! I've transitioned to working home a few days a week, which I thought would be great, but I have a lot of anxiety around starting work. I discovered the pomodoro method a few months ago and it really helped!! I've fallen off track with that specifically, so this is a great reminder to get back in the groove of using it. I really think attacking work with the approach of 'it's just 25 minutes and then you can stop' brings down the overwhelm, and then once I'm in a groove it's easy to keep going.
