To achieve mach 2 for most Fighters you would need to cruise at around 55000ft+ with almost no pylons and less then like 30% max fuel with full burners and if you are traveling at this height you are 100% dead against this missle the best way to evade it is to terrain mask and also use countermeasures chaff in this case sinse its radar guided.
