I get asked all the time how to find stocks whose options have very high premiums, and so in this video I explain where to find them, but more importantly, why these stock options have very high premiums.

You should do this weekly. Collect your premium weekly then when the 100 stocks get put to you 3-4+ months down the line, you turn around and sell covered calls and keep getting premiums. Study covered calls and exit strategies if you don’t want those shares taken from you if it were to get exercised. Position management is key to success in the market. Happy trading!

isn't high theta good? I a newby and I always look at theta to determine how much the option prices goes down.

This is how you earn 20% annually with very little risk IMO. Especially if you do this with establish firms that more than likely aren't going to go out of business.

Hi great video, I’m new to options sold to cash secured puts today, expected my account to go up but it did not. So I emailed robinhood and they explained that the premium would be used to offset the collateral needed and that after the option expires I will get the premium. So you don’t get the premium like you say immediately after the order gets filled.

So if you sell a put for $6 and the stock goes up would you stay in the green? I sold a put on sos amd the closer it got to my strike price the more red I got?
