How to install:
1. Navigate to steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game
2. Create a folder named "dota_tempcontent" and unpack the content of the rar inside it.
3. Add -tempcontent to your Dota 2 launch options

Make sure you have the default megakills announcer equipped.
